Silk has been used to aid in healing for thousands of years because of its high vibrational energy. When silk is paired with plant and mineral energies, it creates a very special bond. When worn around the neck as a bandana, it is healing and supportive for one of our greatest forms of expression: our throat and voice. I notice when I wear my bandana, I feel confident in my voice, my thoughts are expressed with eloquence and ease and it is especially supportive when feeling internal, acting as a shield helping me to feel safe when NOT expressive and vocal.

Vibrational medicine is so important in our busy lives. Our brains emit higher frequencies when experiencing emotions like joy, peace, acceptance and love, so introducing a high vibrational item - like protein structured silk - can gently lift and alter mood and alleviate feelings of dis-ease. I find sleeping on silk pillowcases to be especially healing.
