I've always been afraid to own and care for silk! How do I care for my new silk item?

Wash in cold water by hand or using a gentle cycle with pH neutral soap. I go over caring for plant dyed silk in more detail here!

Do you do customs?

Yes! Contact me to chat about your design idea! Please note that due to the unique nature of botanical dyes and their seasonal availability, I cannot recreate a sold out piece exactly. We will talk color ways and texture variation and I will create something beautiful for you ❤️ Please allow two weeks for your item.

What if I have King size pillows? Do you only offer Queen?

King pillowcases are available upon request and I will happily dye you a custom! Queen pillowcases seem to be the most accessible size so that's what I stock online and at markets, but contact me and we'll chat all things Kings!

My item doesn't look the same in person as it did on my computer or phone.

Plant dyes are described as a living color. This means they look different in shade, sunlight, indoors and outdoors and contain a deep, multi-dimensional quality, combining many tones to create the colors you see. This makes them difficult to photograph and highly susceptible to how they're represented on device screens. I do my best to photograph the pieces as accurately as possible and provide multiple photos in different lighting, but please keep in mind the variables when ordering a piece. Return Policy

I want you to love your Alice Reva Designs piece! If your accessory is in its original condition, your pillowcase unused and clothing unworn except to try on, I will except an exchange within 30 says of purchase (shipping fees will apply).

Shipping Policy

I use the United States Postal Service to ship within the US with tracking.  USPS first class shipping is $5.00 and FREE on orders of $125 or more!
Shipping takes up to 5 business days to deliver within the continental U.S.
Need it faster? Please contact me and we can arrange priority shipping. Additional fees may apply.
Orders will be shipped 2-3 business days after purchase.
Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds for items lost due to the USPS.
Local to the Bay? Reach out and we can arrange a local pick up at my studio or weekend market and I will refund shipping fees!
