Naturally Dyed with Annatto Seeds, Cochineal, Osage Wood, Madder Root and Onion Skins. This color is a new favorite and reminds me of ripe cantaloupe in the heat of summer. A gorgeous color on such a variety of skin tones and a style I can't keep stocked for markets.

Natural bundle dying is a slow but wonderful process. Each slip is dyed with plants, bugs and minerals which are carefully placed on the silk, tightly wrapped, steamed and left to rest for over 24 hours: a slow, beautiful process to produce the natural color you see here. This means that every piece is unique and no two are alike!
